What's the problem?
Does India have tight restrictions on alcohol, or a high alcohol tax? I would think that a large-scale alcohol producer with quality controls could produce cheaper alcohol than bathtub hooch. Prosfilaes (talk) 23:13, 25 June 2015 (UTC)
