Famous last words

"I should say if anybody wants to tape my conversations, go right ahead, feel free to do it. I can tell you that whatever I say is always lawful and the things I'm interested in are always lawful." - Blagojevich. OK, buddy, you might as well have listed Obama's senate seat on eBay. --SVTCobra 00:27, 10 December 2008 (UTC)Reply

Hoped to run for pres in 2016

[edit]

Really?!? Did he actually think that in running for the highest office of the land, there wouldn't be anyone who would dig up a thing or two about him? Has he really thought that there's ever been a case where a politician did shady stuff and got away with it undetected for the rest of their careers, or does he just think he's God, and therefore he'd get away with it scot-free? Especially considering what happened with the very previous governor and those before, you'd think that he knew that he was being watched with an eagle eye and not to make a false move, but obviously he wasn't that bright to think of that. --Crackthewhip775 (talk) 05:52, 10 December 2008 (UTC)Reply

He's a politician. Of course he's going to have a drug or sexual abuse history. Fephisto (talk) 13:36, 10 December 2008 (UTC)Reply

Shades of Jimmie Hoffa, chi town seems to still be wide open. Where's Elliot Ness when you need him? PerryO206.24.48.1 18:33, 10 December 2008 (UTC)Reply
