Situation Has Been Remedied[edit]
The article on Racial Profiling was prepared by Ball State University, as a part of its contract with the Indiana Department of Homeland Security. In Ball State's process of reviewing the lesson plan on racial profiling a citation attributing the vocabulary terms to Wikipedia was inadvertently omitted. Once the omission was brought to our attention the proper references were made in the lesson. In making the correction both a publication editor and an expert in copyright and intellectual property were consulted to assure proper attribution and the article has been resubmitted to the Department of Homeland Security which has no responsibility for this oversight.
