The link points to the cyberpunk novelist William Gibson as does the picture. He is still alive and well.

Pictured/linked William Gibson incorrect

The pictured and linked William Gibson is William Ford Gibson, age 60, who is very much alive. The links should be to http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/William_Gibson_(playwright). The guy on the picture is the other William Gibson (of Neuromancer fame), not the playwright.
