yeah I got an opinion on this story and all stories on the internet. i want to know immediately of anything new and that is not too much to expect from the internet. what's the status on this? whether or not the light was green is crucial to the story. how are links to information ordered on Google? isn't google all messed up inside? What do you mean my ip address will be logged? what about my privacy? i dont want to have to click on something to chase down my *darn* privacy.
we're going to do very diferent things to bring mass transit back if its this kind of operator error or if its the other cause with a cover-up too. this crash is in the disaster category, and you need to get people out of their cars. SEB

TC Green wiring http://www.bullsheet.com/news/200009.html . The insulation on this type of wiring is suspected of deteriorating when exposed to moisture. Signals are designed to "fail safe" or go to red if they malfunction. This is the first time in the rail industry that a false proceed signal indication has been attributed to TC Green wiring.

The NTSB did not find the cell phone
[edit]Don't say that the engineer was texting, because there is no proof that he had his cell phone with him. They did not find the engineer's cell phone on the site. Since the fire was put out quickly, it could not have burned away. It is possible that somebody else may have called the sandwich and have texted for him. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 70.210.255.22 (talk) 07:39, 6 December 2008 (UTC)
