But it is still the photo used for a news article/press release. What would you say, @Pi zero:?

- Imo a publicity photo is fair-use-able, regardless of what org it's from. The point about a publicity photo is that it's there to be used; when an org, any org, even a news org, provides a photo for publicity use, they've no grounds to complain when it's used for what they provided it for.
