@SVTCobra: this logo is c:template:PD-textlogo and therefore it must be on Commons. Nothing in the logo is copyright eligible.

- But yes, I had forgotten the low ToO in the UK, where almost any text logo is copyright eligible.

- @Acagastya: Yes, UK has a low threshold and I figured if w:File:Heathrow Logo 2013.svg has been tagged "Do not transfer to Commons" there must have been a problem with Commons accepting it. --SVTCobra 12:33, 6 August 2020 (UTC)
- @SVTCobra: UK's ToO is low. It is something that we need to remember. I forgot even though I had encountered this before. Thank you for being careful about it. We should add these to warnings, when dialog tools are ready to assist the users.
