Is Wikinews a puppet of Murdock now? Publishing a News of the World PDF copy may have copyright approval, but as a story is merely one sided totally not "neutral".
On style:- It is a Public Notice at best, really a public speach, or press conference quoted verbatum.
After two short one sentence opening paragrqphs, that fail style rules to include a summary explanation in the first paragraph (in up to 3 sentences), quotation only.
Thereafter first " quotation marked of someones long speach..................ending in anothe closing " quotation mark.
That is followed by two paragraphs of 100% biased commentary.

- It's a copy of a press release issued by an organisation with regards to a significant news event. Of course it isn't neutral - we have it here so we can use it as a source without having to cite external copies that may vanish. We aren't publishing the text of this PDF as a news article, and we have no intention of doing so. DENDODGE 10:17, 24 July 2011 (UTC)
