Washington, USA — U.S. President George W. Bush tonight presented his annual State of the Union address. In the address, he proposed economic change, Social Security reform, the defense of the definition of marriage, and the spread of liberty in Iraq and elsewhere. The elections in Iraq were cited as an example of this.
