[edit]The military commissions should not be referred to as "courts". So I removed this term. They have no established precedence, rules of evidence, or rules of procedures.
The Bush administration had the option of trying the suspects in civil courts, or by military courts martial -- and chose instead the ad hoc commissions. It is a serious mistake to call them courts. 205.189.152.182 18:59, 9 December 2008 (UTC)
