Examine the word "News". News as in "new". How is this new information? It has been repeated many times in the past. Contralya 05:12, 24 October 2007 (UTC)

- Well, the name needs to change then. Like saying that he re-iterates it. Or saying that he gives a speech about it. Calling it this implies that he is revealing his plan for the first time.
