A few tiny bits (just my opinion): I decided to let the lede pretty much stand as-is, but we normally want to note in a concrete way EXACTLY WHEN something happend (e.g. "On Thursday, a court in Xinyu, China........" We can, and sometimes use "recently" or "earlier this week", but we tend to hit WHEN rather overtly here. Also, the 2nd and 3rd paragraphs had a few bits that skirted awfully close to source....but I decided to let them slide. Remember that copying a source isn't just using the same wording, but we should also make certain we don't copy the exact flow of the source article's structure.
