Willard Elementary School photo

This photo has dreadful camera shake (or some other cause of blur.). I can't find online sources that mention an emergency at the school.

If you spoke to a parent or member of staff there, please say so in the article and in your original reporting notes. Otherwise lets leave the photo out as without a direct connection to the story, it makes the article look unprofessional.
