Comments by reviewer: Be careful when rewriting information. Try not to simply rewrite the *words* of your sources, but rather to take the basic information that they are presenting and to write it in your own words. There is a subtle difference between the two styles, and the second is much preferred (if not required). Also, make sure to double check your facts before submitting for review. Bill is *expected* to reach cat 3, but it hasn't yet.
