"Frankly, I don't have anything positive to say about Parkland [hospital]."Bddpaux (talk) 14:55, 20 March 2012 (UTC)Reply

The man stated he has received treatment, intermittently at the hospital about 5 times over the past 40 years. He also took a photo of a patient, standing outside the hospital last year, which he sent to a local reporter who was investigating the then-scandal involving a female patient. I viewed the photo last year..........the man had a notable gash over his forehead, but he was in a gown, so, ostensibly he was being treated and had just walked outside to smoke.Bddpaux (talk) 14:55, 20 March 2012 (UTC)Reply

I don't think it would be ethical for me to dive into (in the article) his complaints about what he saw at the hospital 38 years ago....etc. etc. I think I should keep thing pretty current.Bddpaux (talk) 14:55, 20 March 2012 (UTC)Reply

  • Regarding para 2, I formerly worked for a state agency in Texas. I know, from work experience that CMS is the federal authority that oversees all hospitals and nursing facilities throughout the United States.Bddpaux (talk) 17:27, 20 March 2012 (UTC)Reply
