Tsunami warnings or advisories issued by JMA

Japan Meteorological Agency may issue two types of tsunami alerts: Tsunami Keihō (warning) and Tsunami Chūihō (advisory). This time the latter was issued. News media often use "warning" also for Chūihō, which seems misleading. Tsunami Keihō (warnings) are issued when it's more urgent.
