"too late" - what about "timed as required"

Not sure if there should be such emphasis on the bus bomb being "too late". What if the bombers wanted the bus bomb to go off later, perhaps to target people who had been on the tubes - or to go off at a time when camera crews might have been in the area to record the event?

I wondered if perhaps someone messed up Daylight Savings Time (dunno how it works in England). Ral315 19:05, 11 July 2005 (UTC)
