Justification[edit]

What justifications did the state bring to their defense? What are the reasons the state is claiming for filing the appeal? When was the law defining marriage as between a man and a woman passed? Why was it passed? Who passed it? These are some of the questions which are not answered in this article, and may give an impression of bias. - Amgine | talk en.WN 22:51, 21 January 2006 (UTC)[reply]

im looking for each anser individually. this one is in the article: The equal rights amendment in Maryland's State Constitution was ratified by voters in 1972. The marriage law which defined marriage as only between one man and one woman was approved the following year. Jason Safoutin 13:55, 22 January 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Flags[edit]

I think it's hilarious that the Maryland flag and the "Gay Pride Flag" are both on this article. I have no prejudice against gay marriage or anything like that, but having the two practically in comparison is damn funny. 70.92.174.251 04:35, 23 January 2006 (UTC)[reply]
