Review of revision 1125161 [Passed][edit]

Title[edit]

The Nationwide Series at the end of the title does not make any sense. Maybe should we add championship again. It would work with the Sprint Cup, because that is also the name for the trophy. Nascar1996 14:23, 7 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I can;t for the life of me see why not. Nationwide Series is the name of the championship, therefore he won the Nationwide Series, no? Blood Red Sandman (Talk) (Contribs) 15:04, 7 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]
I quess, normally the NASCAR world says champioship with it, but it should be okay anyways. They probably understand it. Nascar1996 16:29, 7 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Yeah. I put the NASCAR: prefix in to help with that. Perhaps using the word 'championship' in the article would ensure any confusion was cleared up? Blood Red Sandman (Talk) (Contribs) 16:34, 7 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]
I believe it should go at the end, such as, 'NASCAR: Edwards wins O'Reilly Auto Parts Challenge, Brad Keselowski clinches Nationwide Series championship'. If you don't agree it is okay how it is now. Or we could add 'title' instead of 'championship.' Nascar1996 16:51, 7 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Perhaps title could be added, but my concern is the length (already very long for a headline). This very much isn;t my sport so I'll leave you the final decision, but if at all possible I'd urge you to leave it. Blood Red Sandman (Talk) (Contribs) 16:53, 7 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]
As I said above, if you don't agree it is fine to leave it alone. Nascar1996 16:55, 7 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]
