- Yes. It certainly meets the no content, no sources, and very short, requirements of a speedy deletion. MathXplore has marked it for deletion as out of scope. I was giving the author the benefit of the doubt. I didn't see any harm in the article hanging around for a bit as "being developed" but it shouldn't waste reviewers' time in the queue.
