The headline of this article was "'National ID Cards': the world wonders". Whose nation? Does the world care (I can answer this one - no)? What's the article actually about? So I changed it to something that at least vaguely makes sense... Dan100 (Talk) 21:06, 20 July 2005 (UTC)

• I wouldn't be too quick to assume the bill will go either way. While there is good background, one could state that it is a matter of opinion. Maybe if the title reflected something like "Many doubt new immigration bill to pass" would better suit the article. --Mrmiscellanious 21:24, 20 July 2005 (UTC)
