Some of this seems dependent on the press release, but that isn't reason to not publish and it does verify some facts. This is not a regurgitation of the press release either. The style guide appears to be followed. I checked all the facts and the sources do verify them. POV problems corrected by attaching the phrase human needs to the organization defining it as that. None of the other news reporting talks about the government position, and that is to a degree dealt with in t the last paragraph. The focal event is also the arrests, not their position so it should be okay. The reviewed revision should automatically have been edited by removing {{Review}} and adding {{Publish}} at the bottom, and the edit sighted; if this did not happen, it may be done manually by a reviewer.
