I was able to recover this from a damaged video I've recorded at the time of the broadcast:

• (J) "¿Que es lo que va a hacer para reparar las balaustradas del parque?"

  (RC) "Vamos a reponer aquellas que fueron destruidas por el terremoto del jueves 11."

• (J) "¿Como se esta ayudando a los afectados?"

  (RC) "Nosotros [la Municipalidad] estamos haciendo lo que podemos para ayudarlos [...] Aquellos lugares estan recibiendo la ayuda que requieren."

Translation

• (J) "What are you going to do to repair the park balaustrades?"

  (RC) "We are going to replace the destroyed ones by the Thursday 11 earthquake."

• (J) "How are you aiding the affected people?"

  (RC) "We [the Municipality] are doing our best to aid them [...] These places are receiving the aid they require."
