Where is this being delayed? everywhere or just New Zealand/Australia? Who said this? Where, when? The article is extremely vague - has anyone asked what technology is being improved further? The New Zealand angle

As written, this article is much more about Sony and their new PS3 than it is about NZ. Thanks to the originator, but the large NZ sidebar is too dominant. (The subhead of the sidebar, after all, is "Other New Zealand stories".) Rebuttal is welcome before it is removed, notwithstanding the request next to the template.
