Wikinews cannot control what is on external websites. Therefore there should not be links to external sites in the middle of the text of an article with no further explaination. If an external link is vital to the story (these were not in my opinion) an Exteral links section can be created below the Sources section where it should be explained what is on the page and who is providing the content, so the reader knows what to expect before they click on the link.
