I know the story says it is only a claim of record, but this recent story seems to indicate that it is not even close: http://www.cbc.ca/story/world/national/2005/01/04/drunk-bulgarian-050104.html (found on the comments page). However, I also have noticed that there can be a lot of confusion with BACs some countries measure it as % by volume and other as % by weight. Since alcohol is very light compared to the other components in blood, I believe it makes a relatively large difference. --SVTCobra 16:34, 23 July 2008 (UTC)
- The record claimed in the title is "highest DUI blood-alcohol reading". The record claimed in the body claims highest blood-alcohol reading. Guess we'll have to check out which record is being claimed. Wikidsoup (talk) 16:42, 23 July 2008 (UTC)
