I read what was there, and I read the source cited as copyvio. There were significant sections which matched word-for-word.

Actually there was a user that sited it as copy vio which it was not. Copy vio is if someone is trying to take claim to the story personally. That was not the case. DragonFire1024

Unless you are claiming that the text you posted was either a) written by you or b) gathered from a public domain source or one with a compatible license, then it was indeed copyvio. Do people support a rename to "7 year old chased by Tennessee police", or does anyone prefer "7 year old Tennessee boy chased by police"? Nyarlathotep 15:16, 12 January 2006 (UTC)

I'd prefer the latter. The former adds some confusion as to where the boy is from, as in "Arkansas boy chased by Tennessee police", whereas the latter lets the reader assume the police are from the same area. On another note, this title is a little misleading. Wasn't it more of a car chase? The current title makes it sound like a chase on foot. -- Phyzome is Tim McCormack 15:19, 12 January 2006 (UTC)
