Ummm, i'm just wondering why on Earth ;) such a report would need to be extracted from the government via a FOI process - though i guess standard government instinct in keeping information secret is probably a reasonable explanation. A more speculative explanation could be that the authorities have an interest in people being superstitious and believing alien stories... Boud 00:17, 9 May 2006 (UTC)
