Can we clarify the times? "10:30 p.m. yesterday (6.30 p.m. Eastern Time, 1.30a.m. today local time)" is a bit confusing. Does it mean mean 22:30 UTC, yesterday (18:30 EDT, 1:30 ??), someone please clarify. —Mikemoral♪♫ 23:20, 18 August 2010 (UTC)

Paragraph 3; "the restoration of democracy in the country" - Is this accurate? Was Iraq ever a democracy before Saddam Hussein?
