The first sentence doesn't make a lick of sense. What's he tasering? Who's refusing to sign? What does the freedom of info act have to do with it all? You're trying to cram too much information into one sentence and it is just not comprehensible. --216.75.93.104 11:40, 29 November 2007 (UTC)
