Usage

This should be included on an article once promoted to featured status.

Optional parameter archive specifies an FAC archive, per {{FAC/archive}}.

Internals

The text content of the notice is generated by subtemplate {{FA/message}}, passing in an optional archive target provided by template {{FAC/archive}}.
