Yes, I am bringing up WP:ALLORNOTHING here in a way...if we declare Imbox a copyvio, why don't we declare Ambox one too? Anyway, I am planning to make a slightly different message box template called "Roundbox", which will function similarly but not EXACTLY like Ambox-based templates, and be CC-BY compliant as well. It'll use the PD template as a base of sorts, so it will have rounded edges.
