Fix markup[edit]
{{Editprotected}} I highly doubt this still needs to be protected (and checked?), however, the markup can be fixed to remove several pages from Category:Pages using invalid self-closed HTML tags by fixing the leading div. Change the first line from:
<div style="padding-top: 5px" />
to:
<div style="padding-top: 5px"></div>

Done- One thing that can't be determined from the data associated with the template page is where the template used to be transcluded. I suspect this one was either transcluded somewhere with a high profile (such as the main page), or planned for such. Leaving the protection in place leaves it ready for whatever that use may have been, and as noted when the protection was imposed, there isn't normally any reason to change it. So I don't feel an urgent need to unprotect it, either. --Pi zero (talk) 15:20, 15 August 2017 (UTC)
