- We somehow lost track of things over the vocation, obviously. Fortunately, there isn't afaik a specific time limit on a CU vote.

- BTW, it is protected against editing - I have been editing for long enough to understand the log entry on 20 October 2012 and to know what "You do not have permission to edit this page, for the following reason: This page has been protected to prevent editing or other actions" means when I click a "view source" tab (i.e. not even an edit tab).
