As a low income elderly American I would love to exchange the "care" I receive for some English "abuse". Getting basic care requires a monuental effort, as does resisting treatent, and drugs, for ailments I do not have. A friend was given diabetes as the result of unecessary and inappropriate drug therapies that benefit only big pharma.
Unfortunately, your big pharma friends have already bought a good number of UK politicians.
