Unstable weather conditions. 6 knots at start line, direction over the place, settling down - needs to be fair conditions. 1.20 5 knot winds, dying down. no news from race committee when race could start. 1.30 direction unstable, winds getting up to acceptable level though, Harold Bennett. want to give a "good, fair race". "pretty unstable", over seven knot wind speeds. tomorrow is a guaranteed lay day, that is no race will be held. Im just watching highlights from the sixth race, interviews, and other misc. footage on One. This cup, and some other previous ones, discussion has been raised that a new boat design is needed so they go faster, currently pretty slow and heavy. 2.00 still didn't look good, but shaped up and a race could be possible.
