Usage
[edit]This template generates a sample list of articles from this day on various years, suitable for use on page Wikinews:Archives. Processing is handled using a divide-and-conquer approach with subtemplates so that, hopefully, each individual substask is coded simply enough to understand how it works. The main template chooses how many years en.wn has been operating on this day, and how many samples to take from that interval, and delegates further processing to {{User:Pi zero/Archives/on this day/p1}}.
