Heat in Iceland

[edit]

Hi. I was reading over your story Heat in east Iceland reaches 25 degrees and noted that none of the links to the english Wikipedia seem to bring up articles. I was unable to match up the links on the Icelandic Wikipedia, either. To my untrained linguistic eye, the words appear to be compound proper nouns and refer to some geographical feature: can you clarify a bit more in the copy as to where these are? -- IlyaHaykinson 13:44, July 11, 2005 (UTC)

I'll try. ;) --Ómar Kjartan Yasin 16:57, 11 July 2005 (UTC)Reply

Hello. If you'd like to submit a more reliable source than Slashdot for information on this particular story, go ahead. Goodgerster

I can see that eWeek was also used as a source. --Ómar Kjartan Yasin 18:46, 11 July 2005 (UTC)Reply

Addidas / Reebok merger story

[edit]

My son and I both enjoyed your story. I would like to point out that your thorough use of 'Category' lists both topical 'cats' --> 'Economy and business' and 'Sports'. This dual usage makes the story appears twice on the new Portal test 'Main Page' under each topic. The use of subcategories don't have that effect, but there are no 'Topic' subcategories that apply. Therefore I removed the 'Sports' topic category to avoid the double listing. Best Regards. -Edbrown05 15:34, 3 August 2005 (UTC)Reply
