Referencing on Wikinews[edit]

Hi, I should explain that every piece of info on Wikinews needs a verifiable source (eg an external link). If there isn't one, it'll be removed - in order to maintain a high level of confidence in our product we need to back ourselves up as much as possible.

I searched for a BBC News profile has you indicated existed in your edit summary, and have added it using the source template (go to Wikinews:Writing an article for more info), and re-added your information. I'm sorry this isn't the greatest introduction you could've had to Wikinews. Dan100 (Talk) 21:37, 19 Apr 2005 (UTC)

This is the contributions page for an anonymous user who has not created an account yet or who does not use it. We therefore have to use the numerical IP address to identify him/her. Such an IP address can be shared by several users. If you are an anonymous user and feel that irrelevant comments have been directed at you, please create an account and/or log in to avoid future confusion with other anonymous users.
