Don't give up that easily! Do not underestimate the effect you yourself can have on the place. The hopes you state on your userpage are exactly the same as mine. They are tough goals but we can do it. And we need people like you to achieve it! Dan100 (Talk) 22:55, 3 Jun 2005 (UTC)

Your comments about Wikinews are entirely valid, and most long-time contributors would agree with you. However, I encourage you to stick around anyway. The more competent people who contribute to Wikinews, the closer it will get to being what we all want it to be.
