Welcome[edit]

Dbenbenn, welcome to Wikinews! I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Here are a few good links for newcomers:

Our key policies - if you read anything, read these!

Here a few pointers to help you get to know Wikinews:

There are always things to do on Wikinews:

By the way, you can sign your name on Talk pages using four tildes (~~~~), which produces your name and the current date. If you have any questions, you can ask them at the water cooler or to anyone on the Welcommittee, or ask me on my Talk page. Again, welcome! → CGorman (Talk) 13:50, 30 May 2005 (UTC)[reply]

User:Orgullobot[edit]

You have created an impersonation account on Wikinews. This behaviour is not tolerated on Wikinews, according to our Wikinews:Username policy. This account has been permanently blocked, and this may affect your or others in the IP pool your ISP uses ability to edit on Wikinews.

You may contact me via IRC, via e-mail, or on my talk page if you are able to edit to discuss this block and this behaviour. - Amgine | talk en.WN 04:38, 22 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I hope you understand I was acting in good faith. I saw a discussion about giving bot status to a non-existant account. I was afraid someone evil would register the name, so I registered it first, and then immediately offered it to Orgullo at Commons:User talk:Orgullomoore. Anyway, feel free to leave it blocked. I wasn't planning to use it anyway. User:dbenbenn 09:03, 22 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]
