No axiom in Andersons system (see Perspex Machin VIII - Axioms of Transreal Arithmetic) deals with general powers and their properties. The equation $a^{(x+y)}=a^{x}\times a^{y}$ is dealt with in Perspex Machine IX: Transreal Analysis as a theorem. The special case $0^{1-1}=0^{1}\times 0^{-1}$ has to be justified. This is not done. However he justifies the case when $x=0$ and $y=0$ by saying that $0^{0}=\Phi$.
