I'm aware MyName was using your name on IRC (IRC is diferent from IM) (I was there). I'm also aware that he was impersonating RadioKirk. This has no bearing on you. The developer team at Wikimedia is making some changes to how accounts work, as part of our on-going efforts to provide new and better tools for our users like cross-wiki notifications.
