Above is a map depicting the 190 or so countries in the world. The dark green indicates good Wikinews coverage, and the red and orange indicates almost/or infact no Wikinews coverage. We want this map to be all dark green. To help improve regional under-reporting, we have set up Wikinews:Country of the Week. COTW hopes to ensure all countries receive news coverage no matter what way the traditional media covers them.
