- Where did this idea come from, what are the objectives? E.g. where did the boilerplate text come from?
- What's the purpose of the "Main Digest"?
- Would it be a good idea to start Bureaux on topics, like Health and Science&Techno?

I think we should look into having some for topics. Just having locations means that there is broad topics. Kingjeff - (talk) 14:57, 28 April 2008 (UTC)
