This story needs independent sources. All 3 you listed are from Associated Press. --SVTCobra 15:28, 16 June 2008 (UTC)Reply

They are not independent. Associated Press wrote them all. --SVTCobra 15:33, 16 June 2008 (UTC)Reply
Agencies should be listed as the author when their reports are on a secondary source, which means this story has only one source - AP. --Brian McNeil / talk 16:46, 17 June 2008 (UTC)Reply
Fret not, Kingjeff. I have added a newer Bloomberg article where it seems they went back and verified the AP story. I also added the Juventud Rebelde article and though my Spanish is limited, it seems to substantiate the claims. I removed the single source tag. --SVTCobra 21:59, 17 June 2008 (UTC)Reply

Anything football

[edit]

Just ask me on MSN, it's easiest! :) ńăŧħăń - ŧĕẍŧ 15:26, 18 June 2008 (UTC)Reply

Portal:Football

[edit]

Ok, the main page is finished being updated. I have done the headlines, banner, links, fixtures + results. Fixtures are only up until tomorrow at the moment, I will update it soon. Can I ask you to do Portal:Football/Bundesliga in the same way. I will make the banner and I will do Portal:Football/Scottish Premier League. Thanks, ńăŧħăń - ŧĕẍŧ 17:10, 18 June 2008 (UTC)Reply

Calenders

[edit]

I noticed you were asking about calenders. The pages Wikinews:Calendaric archives, and Wikinews:Template_messages/General#Calendars may be useful to you. Bawolff 04:53, 22 June 2008 (UTC)Reply

tagging abandoned

[edit]

Hi Kingjeff. When tagging articles as abandoned, please do so with the date. This can most easily be done by inserting {{subst:aband}} into the article. Cheers, --SVTCobra 17:57, 7 July 2008 (UTC)Reply
