Migrate[edit]

I did a couple of these. besides changing category to Afghan Taliban, I fixed local links to point to Afghan Taliban, while still displaying Taliban to avoid a correction template. Is this the preferred method? Cheers, --SVTCobra 22:04, 30 April 2018 (UTC)[reply]

@SVTCobra: That's what I do, yes. Caveat: things that happen in Pakistan are hard to sort, because both kinds of Taliban may be encountered there. Sources often are sloppy in those cases, too. Sometimes one can figure them by names of either leaders or spokesmen, whose organizational affiliation is known. --Pi zero (talk) 22:43, 30 April 2018 (UTC)[reply]
