Re parents of this cat. I approve of adding Category:Russia in addition to the pre-existing parent Category:Ukraine, but I see it as practicality rather than NPOV. Usually with a geocat, there's one parent and articles in the child always go in the parent. However, with a person cat or especially with an abstract-topic cat, there may be multiple parents and one takes them as suggested possibilities when categorizing an article. Here we have a geocat rather following that pattern: the two parents are suggested possibilities. It is, in practice, likely that anything happening in Crimea would be related to both Ukraine and Russia. --Pi zero (talk) 12:50, 16 April 2014 (UTC)
