@Pi zero: this cat has only on member -- I don't know if there are more articles for this category or not. Can you have a look and decide if we should keep it or not?

- @Acagastya: There are a bunch of articles about power outages.
- If we keep this, imho it should be renamed to either "power outages" or "electric outages", to distinguish it from various sorts of computer-network service outages.
- We have no category for electricity distribution generally. Do we want one? It might still be worthwhile to keep a sub-category for power outages because there are likely a lot more articles about outages than anything else for the larger category.

- Not sure what happened to the single member of the category but I’ve moved it to a new name and added 19 articles. Unflagging for now. --Green Giant (talk) 02:55, 16 April 2021 (UTC)
- @Green Giant: if I recall correctly there was only one article in the category about north California back then. Inline commons, we need at least three articles for the category. So that is what I had asked pi. Thanks for moving it!
