We recommend creating an article page using one of the article-creation forms scattered about the site (such as on the {{Howdy}} template, WN:WRITE, WN:Newsroom). These forms automatically provide basic formatting elements for an article.
Because we don't like to rename an article after it's published, we try (though not always successfully) to devise headlines that don't have specific death-tolls built into them, information that can easily change rapidly.
There were some distance-from-source problems, a big of fact-checking here and there, some attribution, etc.; see history of edits during review.
The reviewed revision should automatically have been edited by removing {{Review}} and adding {{Publish}} at the bottom, and the edit sighted; if this did not happen, it may be done manually by a reviewer.
